Being a cheapskate fashionista has become challenging due to the incredible growth of online clothing retailers selling fast fashion, or inexpensive, stylish clothes meant to be worn for just one season. I say that because a budget fashionista is not a woman who only bases her decisions on pricing.
A real cheapskate looks for deals when shopping. Compared to the $20 top you’ll wear only once, the $50 top you’ll wear 10 times is more appealing to you.
Thus, the environment is cluttered with super-cheap merchants that seduce us with their inexpensive clothing that may or may not still be wearable in three months. In addition to that pattern, we also have to cope with the gradual demise of traditional department shops.

The range from Uniqlo is uniform in terms of style and cost; you’ll find items that are both very wearable and reasonably priced. The Uniqlo assortment has items that can nearly completely satisfy your fashion needs, ranging from $15 bras to $60 down jackets.

Basics can be found at Old Navy. Whether you need to complete your collection of summer t-shirts, add a few affordable sweaters to your rotation, or stock up on leggings, Old Navy has what you need.
True story: After leaving on a two-week trip, I realised I had not packed enough gear. Though I did not want to go over my budget, I wanted additional possibilities. I went right to Old Navy and spent less than $100 for what I needed.
11. Forever 21

Some of the criticism Forever 21 receives is justified. The two issues I have with Forever21, though, don’t really relate to the online buying process. First off, the store’s return policy is onerous, and secondly, it’s frequently a mess.
Online, though, things are different! Within 30 days, online purchases can be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund. Additionally, shoddy display tables are not a concern for the website.
12. Zulily
